Mission

The mission of the Greater Spokane Drum Corps Association, Inc. is to support opportunities for youth through a variety of programs focused on music, performance, and related artistic expression.
The organization is headed by a Board of Directors who volunteer their time and energy to achieve success for the Association and the programs it sponsors. The GSDCA supports and encourages youth music and performance education by sponsoring the Thunder Drum & Bugle Corps, the "Sounds of Thunder" Pacific Northwest Marching Band Championships, as well as shows, clinics, and a program to make musical instruments available to local youth music organizations.

The mission of Thunder Drum & Bugle Corps is to provide a high quality and enjoyable educational experience for young persons willing to dedicate the time and effort needed to achieve their highest
level of performance. We strive to provide outstanding instructional staff, excellent programs, a quality competitive tour, and great experiences in a safe and fun environment that creates lifetime friendships and memories.
